Eyebrow Threading - Vanity Rooms, Dublin

I HAD to give it a go. I was hoping to go to Neelus Salon however she seems to be in Arnotts now full time and I am never in town.
I then remembered of a pretty salon I’d driven by in Stepaside; Vanity Rooms. I checked their site and found that they did threading so I booked in. The lady, Bridget that does the threading is fantastic. Very friendly and explains everything as she is doing it. The selling and redness is much less than waxing and the sensation is unusual but not sore at all. It was fantastic; I don’t think I will ever go back to waxing or plucking my brows.
The shape has lasted much longer than waxing however I believe the regrowth started back sooner. I have maintained my brows using my fab new Polka Dot Tweezerman which I purchased in Boots, Liffey Valley for a whopping €29.99. Love it, thoroughly recommend a Tweezerman if anyone is looking for a new tweezers and haven’t tried one before.

I can’t wait to go to back to Vanity Rooms for more treatments, maybe a little bit more of a treat than threading.

I dont know what the fuss about Neelu and her “eyebrow threading speciality” but I found her horrible..after reading all the “good reviews” about her,i decided to go to arnotts and have my eyebrows cleaned up..she was unfriendly and did not accept my honesty when I said that she did not clean up as I requested but she took more away…on top of that,she intentionally took a tweezer and pinch my inner corner of my left eyes..after she did my left eyes,she just walked away and let her assistant to deal with me and my unhappiness!!!she screwed the shape of my eyebrows with a bloody price of 18euros!!!rip off.. I have mine well done in the US for only 6USD with so much more professionalism and friendliness. I dont recommend her at all!!!
I’m terrified to let anyone near my eyebrows after my experience with Neelu but really love the concept of threading (if done properly) and would love to finally get a great shape on my brows but I think it may be months of agonising waiting before I have something decent to work with as she took off nearly everything!
@Rufus not sure if the Vanity Rooms are near you in Stepaside but I thoroughly recommend Bridget, she is fantastic & really listens to what you want done. If you do go be sure to tell her I sent you… You won’t be the first
