After a fantastic holiday in Spain where nothing was off limits I nearly fell off the scales this afternoon when my leader told me I had STAYED THE SAME!!!!

I am so happy & proud. On holidays I ate big meals & didn’t snack in-between. I drank a lot of water & swam (attempted doing some lengths!).

I rarely had dessert but we did go to the most amazing ice-cream place in Estepona, as you can see I was stuffing my face with my Banana Split (low calorie, not!), well, at least there was a bit of fruit in it!

When we landed back in Dublin on Thursday we headed straight to the Elephant & Castle in Temple Bar so I could get a chicken wing fix in before starting WW again on Friday :)

On Friday, we did a big food shop & planned the meals for the week. I had 3 walks too to try and get rid of the holiday indulgence.

This coming week I plan to try out some more recipes, I will share any good ones I find of course.

I am also planning to do Bark in the Park with Muffin, although she sprained her paw this morning, so we will have to see how she is, poor thing.

As I mentioned in this post here about a hashtag on Twitter last year #SeptemberStone. I’d really love to loose a stone in the month of Sept so I’m going to try my very best to do it but won’t get too upset if I don’t but I think the goal will keep me focused.

Hope everyone else is having a good week.

Well done that is brilliant going. Holidays are such an awful time to be watching your weight and it is soooo hard to get back on board afterwards so well done you! I have started cutting back bigtime in an effort to shift the baby weight I am taking it easy though and will wait another while before I hit ww but I swear by it!!

Thanks Av, I’m sure you will be back in your pre maternity clothes in no time running after the two kiddies. Hope Sadie is settling in well, mwah
