I wasn’t looking forward to WW today at all…

I knew I’d been bold on Saturday… a few mojitos & vodka & diet 7ups later, I may have even been spotted in Burger King on Baggot St somewhere around 2.30am with a Chicken Royale in my lamh! And it’s around my TOTM too.

Anyway the good news is I was down -1ibs, whoop!

I am 2.5ibs away from my stone & I really want it! I am going to push it up a gear this week. Since holidays I have found drinking my 2 litres of water a day very hard. I am going to try and get going on the water again & most importantly I am going to track EVERYTHING…. I think this really makes you realise what your eating.

I made the WW spag bol again this week, twas yummy & easy. I also sampled the Ballyfree Turkey Rashers – 3 for 1 point and to be honest, I wasn’t the biggest fan. Muffin was though, jumped up to my plate & helped herself to one, the cheeky thing!

I want more recipes to try, please send any my way!

Mwah

Don’t forget there is still time to enter my competition for Urban Decay Naked Palette here.

Whoop whoop! Good woman yourself. happy days. That September stone is well within your reach now. The WW spag bol is lovely. I also like the WW chicken balti or WW do a lovely moroccan stew (if you like balsamic vinegar!?!) It is one of their recipe books but i can email you the recipe if you want!

    Congrats again xx

Excellent work! It’s not easy losing weight and you’re doing wonderfully. Being rigid isn’t the answer anyway. Muffin is a naughty girl :) I still miss my Minnie terribly and was going to see her in Dublin the other week but chickened out in case I couldn’t stop crying. Btw, I have lost 33lbs in the last 4 months without dieting at all. I just changed all my eating habits and cut out some foods that aggravated me and, hey presto, slowly but surely, the weight is coming off.

  4. Lee says:

@Maya Wow, that is seriously impressive. Have you increased your exercise too? I can understand why you didn’t see Minnie, I don’t think I could either if I had to give Muffin up. xx

Jesus you’re doing brilliant!! Got to love the mojitos and the chicken royales are a compulsory accompaniment! haha Well done on WW success so far!! I’m on my very first diet ever – doc put me on lowGI to balance insulin, and I’m lost. Haven’t a clue what to be eating. I just want muffins and bonbons :) Must take a leaf out of your book! x

Wow well done you!!! Very impressive! Keep the water drinking up. I find having a litre bottle on my desk helps, also means I can distract myself with it when I want something bold to eat. Defo not the same thing, but tricks my mind into thinking otherwise. For a couple of secs at least!!

Hi Amy, I don’t even know what lowGI is… I have just got to grips with WW! Thanks for the support, means a lot :) I hope you are feeling better soon, xx

You are doing so well! well done :-) I completely understand how difficult it is, but you seem to be totally motivated.
As for meals.. I like the quorn chicken style pieces in a big veggie stir fry – hardly any points, add soy sauce and it is tasty. I is nearly weather for soup, in stead of the usual points free soups, have a look at Donal Skeehan’s book or blog for some tasty alternatives.
Tired of water? I’m ok there, but a few people a work have a bottle of sugar free cordial on their desks to make the water all tasty.

    N:-)
